Minutes
Present: Chairperson Susan Weintraub, Vice Chairman Glenn Suprono, Council Members Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Derek Johnson, Barbara Moore and George Pfaffenbach and Town Manager Michael Maniscalco and Labor Attorney Daniel Murphy of Kainen, Escalera & McHale.
Call to Order & Pledge of Allegiance
Chairperson Weintraub called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the East Hampton Town Hall Meeting Room.
Executive Session
- Potential Purchase of Property
- Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Modifications to the Town of East Hampton Retirement Income Plan and Retirement Incentive Option
Present in Executive Session were Susan Weintraub, Glenn Suprono, Kyle Dostaler, Ted Hintz, Jr., Derek Johnson, Barbara Moore, George Pfaffenbach, Michael Maniscalco and Daniel Murphy.
A motion was made by Mr. Dostaler, seconded by Mr. Suprono, to enter Executive Session at 6:31 p.m.
Executive Session ended at 7:40 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Dostaler, seconded by Mr. Suprono, that the Town amend the Town of East Hampton Retirement Income Plan to adopt the amendment discussed during Executive Session and to authorize the Town Manager to offer and implement a retirement incentive consistent with the terms and conditions discussed during the Executive Session.
Adjournment
A motion was made by Mr. Suprono, seconded by Mr. Pfaffenbach to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
